I recently came across some old family photo albums and couldn’t resist turning them into a mixed-media project. Working with real, tactile materials was a joy — layering, cutting, and reimagining these images into two printed keepsake books made the process as rewarding as the final result.
Beyond being a personal project, it was a chance to experiment with composition, texture, and storytelling. I got to play with how print and mixed media can transform everyday photos into a piece of art.
In the end, the books are full of family memories, but the project also helped me explore new ways of telling stories through design.
