The National Women’s Council has been the leading voice for women’s rights and gender equality in Ireland since 1973.
Since then, they have driven meaningful and lasting change. The new identity needed to reflect the energy, ambition and progressiveness of the organisation today — while respecting the legacy and trust they’ve built over time.
My creative exploration led to the hand-painted ‘W’ mark. The expressive brush strokes became a defining element of the identity system — diverse,  full of movement, and feeling like a collective voice — subtly referencing ideas of warpaint and resilience.
The whole project was a joy to work on and I’m proud to have been a part of something meaningful. I’ve created many projects for the National Women’s Council over the years but this one was magic.
